1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mnn7 ("mnn7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mnn7.org. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any feature of the mnn7 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

mnn7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that you continue to satisfy these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mnn7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

mnn7 processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and verification status. mnn7 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability and your completed KYC status. mnn7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• mnn7 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals to supported Bangladesh mobile wallets. Bank transfer processing times may vary based on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.
• mnn7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by our risk management systems. This may delay processing while the review is completed.
• Funds deposited to your mnn7 account may not be transferred to another player's account. Account-to-account transfers are not a supported feature of the mnn7 platform.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, mnn7 reserves the right to correct the error regardless of whether the error was in your favour or against you. You are not entitled to retain funds credited to your account as a result of a system error.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

mnn7 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain in your account after the expiry date will be voided without notice.
• mnn7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. mnn7 also reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse of promotional mechanics.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through any means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no monetary value outside the mnn7 platform. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnn7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker games, agreed draw strategies in live table games, or any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent normal game outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documents during KYC verification or at any other point during your account relationship with mnn7.
• Using the mnn7 platform for any money laundering purpose, including but not limited to depositing funds from illegitimate sources, cycling funds through the casino wallet without genuine gaming activity, or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, game malfunctions, or any technical vulnerability in the mnn7 platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a technical fault are not valid and will be voided.

mnn7's detection and investigation of prohibited conduct is continuous. We reserve the right to review historical account activity and apply sanctions retrospectively where evidence of prohibited conduct is identified, regardless of how long after the activity the evidence is discovered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property accessible through the mnn7 platform are the exclusive property of mnn7 or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any mnn7 content.

Unauthorised use of mnn7 intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data mining, systematic extraction of game odds or promotional data, or republication of any mnn7 content without express written permission — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law , mnn7 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the mnn7 platform or any service offered through it. This includes, without limitation:

• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials in accordance with these Terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of any game, promotion, or platform feature, whether caused by technical failure, regulatory requirement, or a mnn7 business decision made in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit mnn7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. mnn7's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in any event, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your mnn7 account at the time the liability arises.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

mnn7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, account rules, prohibited conduct provisions, or payment terms.
• mnn7 has reasonable grounds to suspect that your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, match fixing, or any other activity that is illegal under applicable law or harmful to the integrity of the platform.
• You have requested voluntary self-exclusion through the platform's responsible gaming tools, in which case account closure will be processed in accordance with mnn7's responsible gaming policy.
• mnn7 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, law enforcement agency, or financial intelligence unit with jurisdiction over mnn7 or its operations.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, mnn7 will return the verified real-money balance remaining in your account to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to mnn7 under these Terms. Bonus balances will not be returned upon account termination.

10. Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable under the governing law of this Agreement.
